Specific Terms and Conditions

In using the Gold-Jobs.com Ltd service, you are indicating that you have read and fully understand this agreement and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions detailed below. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions then you must not use the Gold-Jobs.com Ltd service. If you are already using it, then you must stop immediately.

ANY CUSTOMER IN BREACH OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL BE BARRED FROM FURTHER USE. NO NOTICE WILL BE GIVEN.

1) You must not use the Gold-Jobs.com Website for criminal purposes.

2) The Gold-Jobs.com Website must not be used for anything offensive, obscene, defamatory, libellous, pirated, racist or anything which breaks copyright or trademark law.

3) You must not attempt to offer items to customers which are prohibited by the law under which you reside, or the law under which the customer may reside.

4) You must not use the Gold-Jobs.com Website to obtain email addresses for the purpose of sending unsolicited emails to.

5) You must deliver the goods for which your customers have paid, within a reasonable amount of time, or otherwise offer a refund.

6) You must ensure that the details which you use to access the Gold-Jobs.com Website are valid and up to date.

7) You will be responsible if you use this website in breach of these terms of use and will reimburse us for any loss that you cause to us as a result of your misuse.

8) You will not send/upload any images to Gold-Jobs.com Website which contravene items 1.1 and 1.2 above.

a) We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorized access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control.

b) We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss however caused.

c) We make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. Because of the nature of the Internet, the Gold-Jobs.com Ltd service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.

a) The Data held on the Gold-Jobs.com Ltd servers is held solely at your own risk. You understand that you should regularly make your own backups of the data.

b) If for whatever reason, the data held on our servers is lost then although we may try to restore the most recent backup of the data, we are under no obligation to do so, and are in no way responsible for any losses caused by the lost data, whether financial or otherwise.

a) We endeavour to respond to complaints within 1 working day (24 hours).

b) We may change or withdraw any part of our website, or may refuse you access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary.

c) These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, England, and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of Scotland, England and Wales.

d) All errors and omissions are excepted.

e) If you are in breach of these terms and conditions you will not be refunded any monies you have paid.

f) Refunds will only be given in circumstances where the service cannot be provided for more than 28 working days. In other situations, Gold-Jobs.com Ltd will offer the customer the same service as paid for as soon as the problem has been rectified, for the duration of time paid for, at the next available date from resumption of a normal service.

h) In situations where there is either omission of data, or incorrect data presented by Gold-Jobs.com Ltd, on behalf of the customer, then NO Refund will be provided to the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to alert this to the attention of Gold-Jobs.com Ltd, who will then endeavour to correct the data within 24 hours on their Website. In cases of dispute regarding this, Gold-Jobs may extend the duration of the customer advert for a length of time deemed to be fair and appropriate, if it is established that Gold-Jobs are at fault.

a)After purchasing an Advert, the Customer can cancel the Service provided by Gold-Jobs.com Ltd by giving them at least 1 working days of notice. No Refund will be provided to the Customer for the first 28 days of Service, or for any 28 day period that the Customer has already part used. Only unused 28 day periods can be refunded. This is however unnecessary because our policy is to charge the customer monthly in any case.

For example, Customers paying for a 6 month Advert will be charged 1 month at a time. So a Customer who is in his 2nd month of usage will not get a refund for the 1st or 2nd month if he/she wishes to cancel the Gold-Jobs.com Ltd service in the 2nd month. He /She would then not be charged for the 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th Months due to the cancellation requested. There is in this case no refund due to the Customer as he / she has not been charged for more than the 1st 2 months, as Gold-Jobs.com Ltd, charge their Customers monthly. a) THE Gold-Jobs.com Ltd SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

b) In particular, Gold-Jobs.com Ltd cannot be held liable for loss of information, loss of sales or monies, credit card fraud, incorrect product prices, missing sales information or any other consequential loss which occurs by the use of our Website. However Gold-Jobs.com Ltd will take such steps as is deemed reasonable to ensure that such errors should not occur under normal use.

c) If any attempt is made to disassemble, reverse engineer, or alter in any way any software or website belonging to Gold-Jobs.com Ltd, this user licence is immediately terminated and you must immediately stop using the Gold-Jobs.com Ltd service.

d) The software, web pages, website databases, any associated programmes or scripts are owned by Gold-Jobs.com. The Customer / user is licenced to use these products.

e) The intellectual property of all software, websites, scripts and databases is owned by Gold-Jobs.com Ltd.

f) NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

g) ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO SERVICE REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF SUBSCRIPTION FOR THE AFFECTED PERIOD UP TO A MAXIMUM OF 1 MONTH.
