The Site has no way of validating the accuracy of any Customer Adverts, and would not have the necessary resources to carry out the appropriate checks on every Advert placed with us; bearing in mind the modest fee which is paid for each Advert (assuming it is not a Free Advert).  It is thus a necessity for any prospective Buyer of a Product or Service, which is advertised on this Site, to fully establish that they want to purchase something from any advertiser; that the product or service meets their requirements, and indeed that it has not been misrepresented in any way prior to purchase.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to view and examine any Product or Service advertised on this Site, prior to making any payments to the Advertiser. In the event that there is a dispute as to the quality or representation of any Product or Service, then it is a matter solely between the Purchaser and the Advertiser, and certainly not a matter for this Web Site. The matter should be satisfactorily resolved between the Advertiser and the Purchaser , or it is a matter for the Civil Courts to resolve at some stage.

The Web Site accepts no responsibility for any misrepresentations in any Adverts on this Site. Clearly, when it comes to our notice that a Product or Service has been misrepresented, then the Advert will immediately be removed from our Site and will no longer be advertised. In this case, the Advertiser will forfeit their fee, and will be barred from future advertising on this Site.

This Site thus strongly recommends that prospective Purchasers go to sufficient lengths to scrutinise any Product, or in the case of a Service, ensure that it can be terminated if needbe contractually; prior to parting with any monetary funds to purchase the said Product or Service. For example, in the case where a Car is bought from an Advertiser, it is up to the Purchaser to ensure that the Car is found to be satisfactory prior to paying for it, to the Advertiser. This means that the Purchaser will need to ensure that the documents are OK and the car is mechanically OK, and it has not been misrepresented in any way to the detriment of the Purchaser. This could mean doing an HPI or other check on the vehicle.

UK Law will in any event be applicable to any disputes. (Any liability that is established on our part will be restricted to refund of the Fee paid by the Advertiser).
