INFORMATION ON UPLOAD OF DATA AND/OR IMAGES

If you need to upload a datafile or a picture/image for your Advert on our Site, then you can use this Upload facility. You can upload up to 3 Files at any one time, up to 5MB.

• You should only upload datafiles of type [txt] or [doc] or [docx] or [html] or [rtf] or [htm]
• You should only upload pictures/images of type [jpg,png,bmp,gif,jpeg] lower case.
• Please note that you may need to upload JAVA onto your PC. If you do then
• Go to java.com and follow the instructions provided. It is very easy and useful.
• FILENAME NAMING CONVENTION TO USE
• You can use your own naming convention for the Job Spec. Call your Spec something unique to you. Make sure you enter a Job Spec in your submitted Job Advert first, and then use this same name in your upload to our Site of the actual Job Spec.
• Once you have your Advert Number, you need to call your file names using it. You can also use our naming convention below.
• For Jobs Specs- use naming convention [ItemNo][JobType][_No.doc]  eg Advert 234 Job type-Retail. You would call your Job Spec photo:  234RetailSPEC_1.doc  Note: For Job the types Govt/Public Sector use Govt; and for Professional Services use Services. For Computers / IT use Computers.

  Please note that you must initially enter your Job Spec name in the Job Advert submitted to the Site. If you dont, then you cannot later simply upload your Spec using this facility.

Please note that it is important to follow the above naming convention, as otherwise your data or image Files will not be displayed on your particular Advert. We hope this is clear.
